Release Notes:
Issue #1: On larger screen devices "Select Recipient" drop-down under the manage loads screen may not open when the user clicks on it near the caret icon.
Workaround: Clicking the drop-down button anywhere except the right corner will work just fine.

Issue #2: Editing a selected recipient's details sometimes breaks the recipient selection counter and it shows an incorrect of selected recipients selected.
